We have conducted a successful test run of two Freiberger mares for soil work in the vineyard.
Tilling the ground gently, the horses are to be used again in future instead of heavy tractors. Being much lighter than a tractor, the horses do not compact the soil supporting our concept of biodynamics. The love we have for the earth which grows our grapes is the core ethos reflected by the many relationships we have within our wine community.
