Conditions of sale private customers
Prices
All prices in Swiss francs (subject to VAT).
Deliveries Switzerland/Liechtenstein
We deliver the wine in units of 6. All quantities divisible by 6 are possible. However, you can also order boxes mixed by variety. Delivery will take place within one week. Should the item not be available, we will contact you.
Smaller quantities can also be delivered on request.
Shipping rates for wine:
For wine orders of less than CHF 400, shipping charges are a flat rate of CHF 12 per box of 6. For wine orders of CHF 400.- and more, delivery is free.
Deliveries are usually made from Monday to Friday.
In the case of postal delivery, deliveries cannot be advised by telephone. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the letter carrier will leave a collection invitation with a contact number. You can either pick up the goods at the post office or arrange a second delivery (free of charge).
Deliveries by camion will be notified.
Delivery abroad
We do not ship goods abroad, only entire Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Conditions
The price list is valid immediately and replaces all previous editions. Subject to prior sale, price, vintage, assortment and condition changes.
Payments
We deliver against advance payment to our bank account, by credit card (PayPal) or cash on delivery (which is subject to charges to the post office).
Claims
Please check the shipment upon receipt. After 8 days, the delivery is considered accepted. Notifications of defects must be made in writing within this period.
Youth Protection
The sale and delivery of wine and spirits can only be made to persons aged 18 and over. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are of legal age. Deliveries to minors will be refused, or may be recalled at the full expense of the customer.

These T&Cs are subject to change at any time without notice.
