Whether this wine was Schiller’s favourite drink or favoured for its dazzling colour is a mystery. What is certain is its production, because Schiller’s red and white grapes must thrive on the same plot and then be harvested and pressed together. In our case the Schiller consists of Räuschling and Pinot Noir which grow together on our Chlosterberg section of the vineyard.This fruity summer wine goes well with white meat or Asian dishes.
