From the Chlosterberg

Whether this wine was Schiller's favourite drink or favoured for its dazzling colour is a mystery. What is certain is its production, because Schiller's red and white grapes must thrive on the same plot and then be harvested and pressed together. In our case the Schiller consists of Räuschling and Pinot Noir which grow together on our Chlosterberg section of the vineyard. This fruity summer wine goes well with white meat or Asian dishes.

Our white wines

To bring the full character of our white wines, we let the juice ferment in various small containers made of wood, concrete, clay or steel. We do not work according to recipes but instead support each wine individually to promote its personality. A long ageing on the yeast gives our white wines body and a fruity freshness.
