Dark ruby. In the nose this is cool, deep, smokey and at the same time floral with violets, many dark cherries, blueberries, Bündnerfleisch: it is very complex and deep. On the palate this is tight and slender in the beginning; the wine shows a good structure, fine tannins. In addition this offers an enormous freshness and liveliness, there is no heaviness in the game, the wine has movement and is so digestible. It ends very long and spicy.
